Sebastian Vettel explains how Ferrari must improve against Mercedes

Sebastian Vettel believes Ferrari need to improve agreat deal of little things when they will beat a record-breaking Mercedes team over a season – claiming the world winners are working at a level which isvery near perfection.
Following a generally strong Japanese GP, Mercedesve wrapped up yet another Constructors Championship and also they know theyll be the first group in Formula 1s background to seal six successive dual titles – with among Lewis Hamilton or Valtteri Bottas guaranteed to claim that the drivers crown.
It has been however, while the Scuderia are Mercedes challengers in the previous three seasons, theyve failed to fit the Silver Arrows.
Sundays race in Suzuka provided another example of that as Ferrari needed a much slower race car while Vettel left a critical error at the beginning along with Charles Leclerc battled with Max Verstappen.

Obviously you can not see what they are doing but I think from the outside they are extremely near perfection every time they go out on course so very persistent, very little errors.
Thats certainly also part of making them so strong but yeah, in case you clinch the constructors title with four races to proceed there is a lot of things that you do much better than others.
Vettel added:If you enter detail then it is possible to argue what their automobile is possibly doing better than ours but I do not think thats the point general, its a team effort.
I think we do have the ingredientswe do have the commitmentwe do possess the intelligence, but we only have to do it even . Its a lot of small things; its not 1 thing that we need to improve, it is a good deal of little things that we need to perform better, each one of us and that is the only way that we may attempt to step up.
Hopefully they get a bit tired!
Mercedes 2019 victory was one of the most impressive.
Ferrari were believed early-season favourites and have more straight-line speed, but Mercedes won the efforts opening eight races and therefore are still operating at an extremely large degree on Sundays, though Ferrari have five rods in a row.

Well, obviously not content with the simple fact that we did not have the year we were searching for but it is not today that made the difference, not yesterdayand not a week, said Vettel because he revealed after the race.
Clearly its been a long year and its still going so… I do not think we are lacking anything. I think we should work much better. I believe we are committed, working hard but it is not on the level which can be gained. Mercedes have shown that in the last years that you may do and they have been able to preserve that.
I think we have heard a lot about our car, the flaws, we have enhanced it but we are still not there so… We have had a solid few races but overall I think were still just a tiny bit behind.
